Since 1994, America's Miss Sweetheart Organization founders have been involved in pageantry as competitor, state titleholder, judge, choreographer, volunteers, backstage staff, top performing state/regional directors, community service leaders and pageant mom. Our team is made up of women with years of successful pageant experience, volunteer/community leaders and professionals who lead by example and are committed to the vision and mission of Sweetheart.
