Complete the form below to register for the opportunity to represent your city, county or region if selected in the National Pageant Draft. If you're interested in representing your state at the national America's Miss Sweetheart 2023 (ages 20-32, single, children allowed) or America's Teen Sweetheart 2023 pageant (ages 13-19,single, no children) , please join the pageant draft by completing the application below for your chance to be selected as a state titleholder. To learn more about Pageant Draft visit - www.nationalpageantdraft.com. Application deadline is May 1, 2023. There is no cost to apply. However, upon your application is accepted there is a non refundable deposit required within 48 hours to secure your local title. The state title sponsorship fee is due immediately upon invitation to become state titleholder. State titles will not be held without contract signed and completed deposit. Official state crown and sash will be awarded upon state title sponsorship fee payment. Nationals 2023 Sponsorship Fees are due October 1, 2023. Please note, late payments are subject to a late fee or withdrawal of state title. Payment plans are available.
